Carson is a very strong midfielder. He is a very good passer with excellent field vision. In addition, he is a strong tackler and very good defending 1 on 1. He commands a leadership role, understands the game, and communicates efficiently & effectively. He is currently captain of his club team.

He is capable of making quick and accurate short and long passes. He has excellent ball control skills. He exhibits great field awareness of teammates and opponents, always moving to open spaces. He is a very poised and calm player plus capable of taking penalty kicks.
