Our process is simple! After we evaluate your video or see you play/perform in person, we personally meet with you and your parents/guardians to further discover your academic, athletic, social, and college preferences to help you meet your future college goals. Your RSA advisor will provide honest feedback with expert insight and direction in our no-obligation recruiting consultation. Once the RSA advisor, athlete, and family determine that we are a good fit for one another, the RSA advisor and student-athlete then enter into a full time recruiting and college guidance program that is tailored to their budget and college guidance needs. Depending on several components like graduating year, highlight video editing needs, the assessed scope of recruiting needs, etc., RSA provides a range of recruiting and consulting programs. Each program is combined with having a personal advisor by your side for the duration of your recruiting timeline.
