The Women's Rowing Recruiting Process

Rowing in college is a goal for many high school students. Rowing is unique in that there are many opportunities in college as there are more spots than HS athletes that row. However it is
still a process to get recruited and one that presents many challenges along the way. It is aprocess that can be very rewarding when done correctly.
