My name is Mason Kennerly, and I have been playing baseball since I was two years old. I played many different sports while growing up but never stopped playing ball because of my love for the game. As the years went on, I kept playing at the highest level possible. As a 6th grader I was playing on the 8th grade team. As an 8th grader I was playing on JV. And as a freshman I was starting in center field and leading off for Varsity. I know that all the hard work I put in every single day will keep me on the field for as long as possible. I am one of the most dedicated and disciplined people out there. From training to eating and sleeping I always think about if it will affect me positively or negatively. I make my decisions in order to maintain and build on myself daily. I know that maintaining a high GPA will be crucial for me to get into a good college for baseball, so I work with my teachers and tutors to help me thrive in the classroom as well. I know that I will play at the collegiate level and wish to have the opportunity to stay healthy so I can make it there.
