About Me
Hello, my name is Graham Swerdlin, and I am a 2027 graduate.
Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, either playing catch
in the backyard with my dad or on the T-ball field with my friends. I have always loved
the game, going from little league, to playing travel ball, and now playing Varsity
baseball as a freshman and a sophomore at North Springs High school. Through the
years I have learned a lot about being a leader, picking people up after a bad outing or
even outside of baseball being the guy you can talk to if things aren’t going the way you
want. Being confident is one of the biggest things I continue to work on because without
confidence you are not going to be successful at what you do. Playing college baseball
has always been a dream for me. I know that with hard work and determination on the
baseball field or at school I can make that dream come true.
Player Evaluation
Graham Swerdlin is a 2027 RHP from North Springs High School and Georgia Bombers 17u Marucci. Graham is 6′ 190 lbs. His fastball sits 83-85 T87 with good sinking action. He throws a mid 70’s slider with sharp movement. He throws a 77-78 mph change up with good sinking action. Graham has great composure and a knack for being able to pitch out of trouble. He induces a lot of weak contact/ground balls. Graham is working hard this offseason to gain velo. He is a very good student and has a 3.7 GPA.

Graham Swerdlin, RHP, 2027, North Springs
With a physical frame at 6’0 200, Swerdlin had an impressive outing on the mound yesterday by attacking hitters early in counts and keeping them guessing with command over three pitches. A good feel for the zone, Swerdlin’s fastball allows him to get ahead early and tunnel the breaker off of that. Slider has a sharp bite and Swerdlin uses it accordingly to play it off the heater. He gets down the mound well and has an advanced feel for the lower half, lead leg block lets him reach back and gain some extra velocity. As he continues to leverage his frame, Swerdlin will mature in his mechanics and grow as a pitcher and an athlete.
